The following items should never be placed in a nappy waste bin:

• Food waste
• Other materials not agreed for the collection

The right nappy waste bin for your business depends on how many areas you need one, how busy these areas are, your available storage space and preferred collection frequency.

A small shop with a single changing room is likely to only need a small sanitary unit with a regular collection schedule. However, a busy nursery could require several indoor bins plus a 360L or 660L external container. Transport hubs, attractions and shopping centres may need multiple units and more frequent collections.
