Please note that services during this period may be limited in certain areas. Should you wish to
make any adjustments to your services over the Christmas period, we encourage you to
contact us at your earliest convenience. Where possible, please ensure that bins are
accessible during the week of Christmas, as collection schedules may be subject to change. If
our team visits your site and containers are not accessible, a standard lift-rate wasted journey
charge will apply.

All requests for service amendments must be submitted via email to
customers@businesswaste.co.uk by Friday, 28th November.
