Bins for Industrial Waste

Industrial Waste Bins Collection & Hire

Business Waste supplies industrial waste bins and containers for manufacturing, engineering, processing and other sites producing commercial or industrial waste. Choose from wheelie bins, drums, IBCs, or large industrial waste bins such as skips, roll-on roll-offs and other containers for separate dry, liquid, bulky and hazardous waste streams.

Tell us what waste your site produces, rough industrial waste volumes and whether any materials are hazardous. We’ll confirm the suitable containers, arrange delivery and set up collections around how quickly each waste stream builds up.

Standard bins and containers are supplied without hire or delivery charges. There are no hidden costs, meaning you only pay for the agreed collection and treatment service. Sites with ongoing production waste can arrange regular collections, while one-off industrial waste collections are available for shutdowns, clear-outs, maintenance projects or temporary increases in waste.

How does industrial waste bin collection work?

  1. Tell us what your site produces

Provide the different waste streams, average volumes and whether any waste is hazardous, liquid or difficult to handle.

  2. We confirm the containers

We match the waste to suitable wheelie bins, skips, drums, IBCs or larger industrial containers.

  3. Your containers are delivered

The agreed bins and containers are delivered to suitable collection points across your site.

  4. We arrange collections

Keep each stream separate, and we’ll arrange collection through registered waste carriers on the agreed schedule. The relevant Duty of Care paperwork is included as part of the service at no additional charge.

What can you put in an industrial waste bin?

The waste you can put in an industrial bin depends on the container and collection service. Industrial sites may need several container types to separate dry recyclables, residual waste, liquids, hazardous materials and bulky waste. You should use different bins and containers to separate materials into individual waste streams to avoid contamination.

Large industrial containers can store higher volumes, while the correct container for heavy or dense materials depends on the waste and collection weight limits. Wheelie bins suit lighter dry streams such as packaging and recycling, while drums and IBCs can be used for compatible liquids, oils and sludge.

Depending on the container and collection service, we can arrange storage and collection for industrial waste streams including:

Industrial waste containers

The right industrial waste container depends on the material, volume, weight and how often it needs collecting. A manufacturing site may use several container types at once for separate production, recycling, hazardous and liquid waste streams.

Two-wheel bins can suit lower volumes and tighter spaces, while four-wheel bins provide greater capacity. Containers should only be moved on suitable surfaces and within their agreed weight limits.

Smaller industrial wheelie bins work well for lighter, regularly produced waste. Large industrial waste bins such as skips, front-end loaders and roll-on roll-offs provide much greater capacity where a site has sufficient storage and vehicle access.

We can recommend suitable container types and collection frequencies based on the waste your site produces. Explore some of the industrial waste containers available:
