Lee Bryson is the head of commercial at Business Waste. He oversees the major accounts department and supply chain department, leading a team of national key account managers and a supply chain assistant. His role focuses on securing the best service and rates for clients, streamlining processes, and maintaining strong supplier relationships.

Alongside the founders, Lee has worked at Business Waste since the company started back in 2015, making him highly experienced and respected within the industry. He’s proud to have helped bring in new business during the company’s early stages and help the organisation start strongly.

He also managed customer service for several years after sales, and has gained knowledge across all departments to support Business Waste’s growth. Managing and negotiating supplier rates year after year while improving the efficiency of annual price reviews has been one of his key highlights.
