Meet our Head of Customer Experience

Danielle McAlpine is head of customer experience at Business Waste. She leads three departments – customer service, logistics, and key accounts – which is a combined team of 39 talented individuals (including an assistant manager and three team leaders).

Her role is to make sure the customer is at the heart of everything we do at Business Waste. This involves working closely with each of these teams to create a culture where exceptional service is second nature, and where every customer feels valued and supported.

Since joining Business Waste in 2021, Danielle has helped shape and grow our customer experience function, building a strong, customer-first culture that has improved service standards and strengthened client relationships. This has involved streamlining processes, reducing response times, and consistently increasing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
