1. Free Entry

Entry to this competition is free. No purchase is necessary and no payment is required to participate.

2. No Cash Alternative

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equal or greater value if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.

3. Right to Cancel or Amend

The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the competition and/or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice where it becomes necessary to do so due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

4. Eligibility (recommended to include)

The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, or anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.

5. Entry Mechanics

To enter, participants must submit their guess of the number of tennis balls contained within the designated bin. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated.

6. Winner Selection

The winner will be the entrant whose guess is closest to the actual number of tennis balls. In the event of a tie, a random draw will take place from all eligible correct or closest entries.

7. Prize Details

The prize consists of two tickets to the tennis final (event details to be confirmed). Travel, accommodation, and any other expenses are not included unless explicitly stated.

8. Liability

The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to technical faults or any other reason beyond its control.

9. Publicity

The winner may be required to participate in reasonable publicity related to the competition without additional compensation.

10. Data Protection

Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.
